This course is based upon the WA Public Sector Commission’s guidelines and assists employees with information about accountability requirements and better equip them to deal with situations/issues that they may encounter as public servants.

The training content is chunked into 6 modules, each with 5 or 6 short lessons, downloadable training resources and activities that help learners understand their obligations as public servants and the requirements of their agency, across the 7 key topics:

  • Personal Behaviour
  • Use of Public Resources
  • Conflicts of Interest/Gifts and Benefits
  • Communication and Official Information
  • Record Keeping
  • Fraudulent and Corrupt Behaviour
  • Reporting Suspected Breaches of the Code

There is an assessment at the end of the modules so that learners can demonstrate their understanding of these important topics.
