Description

Work with an experienced recruitment coach to develop a tailored strategy for your interview that will have you going in confident and ready for anything.

You will work virtually with your consultant (by email, phone, MS Teams/Zoom) to identify your unique employable attributes and practice getting them across in an interview. You will also learn strategies for interview preparation and presentation that have proven successful. Specifically you will receive:

• An initial phone call to understand your needs, obtain relevant documentation and set up the process, including some preparation work for you to undertake
• A one-hour online video coaching session to walk through the strategies you will need to prepare for your interview, and practice delivering a key example
• Email support after the video coaching session to answer any remaining questions
• A PDF to remind you of the strategies and interview tips for future use.
