Work with an experienced recruitment coach to smarten up your CV and cover letter so that it showcases your skills, knowledge and capabilities just how employers like, and then work with the coach to develop a tailored strategy for your interview that will have you going in confident and ready for anything.

You will work virtually with your coach (by email, phone/Zoom) for a total of 5 hours to support you to develop a contemporary CV, templated cover letter, written address to selection criteria for one job, a LinkedIn profile (if applicable) and prepare for an interview.   Specifically, here’s what’s included in the package:

1. Review of/support to develop a new CV and make sure it highlights the skills and competencies needed for the roles of interest
2. Support updating your LinkedIn profile (if appropriate) in line with the CV
3. Provision of a template cover letter and support to tailor it to your needs
4. Provide interview skills training and support, showcasing your skills and achievements confidently (Zoom/phone session 1 hour)

Please note that the coach will not write your response to the selection criteria for you as that would be unethical – they are there to support you to ensure that you submit your best possible application.
